    Tea of the Month Policies: Pre-payment IN FULL is required at time of purchase. Sorry: absolutely no refunds, exchanges or
    cancellations. Monthly tea selection is made by our tea expert and no substitutions are permitted. Each tea shipment will be
    sent on or before the 10th of each month. Any damages in transit need to be brought to our attention within 48 hours or we
    will assume that the shipment arrived in good order. We will not be responsible for the shipment not reaching the recipient if
    address details provided are missing or incorrect or change without our being informed. Your membership may not be
    terminated or transferred until the time period you have signed up for has elapsed. All prices include the shipping & handling
    fee, except shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and all international destinations (please ask about charges).
