                                                       Protea Cottage is a unique and elegant venue for your next celebration!

                                                     Our elegant tea parties are a unique way to celebrate any special occasion, be it a Birthday,
                                                                   Bridal or Baby Shower, Red Hat Tea, Book Club gathering, church or business function, or
                                                                   simply a “just because” get-together party for friends! You and your guests will be pampered
                                                                   like royalty with our delicious teas and party fare, enjoying the private use of our charming tea
                                                                   parlor with tiered tray service and the use of our fine china and linen.
                                                                   Your function will reflect the charm and elegance of a bygone era:

Tea Party Options

Option 1 : The Queen's Choice

You and your guests will be pampered like royalty whilst enjoying the private use of our Tea Parlor for two hours. You will

: Mommy ‘n Me or Grandma ‘n Me Private Tea Party

Enjoy some quality time with the young ladies and gentlemen that light up your life!

Adults may choose two types of tea and children enjoy lemonade, pink or regular hot chocolate.

Enjoy private use of the Tea Parlor for two hours. Children may use all our dress-ups whilst enjoying our Royal Gardner Tea

Service.

Price: $26 per adult and $20 per child (under 10)

8 guest minimum

(Tax and 18% Gratuity to be added)

                        Infants in arms will not be charged, however seated toddlers will be considered guests. Adults are respectfully asked to control rowdy children.
                   All the Rules & Regulations pertaining to our Little Ladies' Tea Parties apply and are agreed to when booking this party option.

                     Option 5: Damsels in Tea-stress

This is a

tion when all that matters is the tea and company!

This is a perfect choice for Book Club gatherings or

simple private get-togethers.

         Option 6: Red Hat Tea Party

          This option is for bona fide members of the Red Hat Society only. The Tea Parlor is reserved for your party
                    exclusively for two hours and guests enjoy a choice of the Red Hat Royal Tea for $23 per person
                    OR the Red Hat Light Tea for $18 per person. Both include unlimited pots of tea, hot chocolate or lemonade. The Royal Gardner Tea
                     comes with freshly baked English scones, lemon curd, jam & cream, plenty of finger sandwiches, and a delicious assortment of elegant dessert treats.
                    The Village Light Tea has all of the above but excludes the dessert plates. For both choices, our tea parlor will be lightly decorated in red and purple.

                    A Minimum of 10 guests are required (our maximum is 18)

                           Private tea parties may be scheduled from
                                Noon to 2 pm OR 4 to 6 pm     Tuesdays to Saturdays (Subject to availability)

                                                                                                                  We do not host private parties on Mondays.

Scheduling is possible on days or times outside those stated above, but will incur the following

surcharge per party (NOT per guest..) :

6 to 8 pm : $20

7 to 9 pm : $30

Sundays (2 to 4 pm): $45

Please note the following:

                                                                  The absolute maximum number of guests we can SAFELY accommodate is 18.

                                                                                                           SORRY - NO EXCEPTIONS.

                                  Options 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 are intended for adults. You are kindly requested to make alternative arrangements for children.
                              Each seated guest will be charged full price, no matter their age & whether or not they have been included in reservation quota.

                                              All prices quoted include a room rental fee. An 18% service gratuity will be added to your final bill. This applies to all party options.
